Blog Traffic via Craig's List Posting

Here’s an insider tip that will be hard to verify but I tried it anyway. I’ve been told that posting on http://www.craigslist.com/ helps your ranking on search engines because it is spidered regularly.

So on Thursday of last week, I posted an event notice for the Baltimore area about my kickoff party. Baltimore is the closest location to York, PA. The notice was about the news release that was coming out the following day for my site MillionDollarBlogSpots.com.

It started something like this: “This is a notice that the official press release and kickoff party for MillionDollarBlogSpots.com will be held January 13th at Noon. The location will be disclosed to interested media outlets upon reply to this email.” And then I followed it up with some more information about my site.

That’s it.
